Re: [orca-list] How to copy text from Chromium

If you're installing chromium from a .DEB package, you can add this flag at the end of exec=/usr/bin/chromium or something

Hello,

Is there a config file where flags can be made persistent?

With Chromium debian package it is possible but is it possible with snapshot or within using google-chrome-unstable from google repository?

Thanks,

Patrick

You have to run chromium with --enable-caret-browsing flag, then you can
copy the text by selecting it such as in another applications.

Hi all,

First I would like to thank you Joanie and all others that help making Chrome/Chromium accessible.

I would like to know how to copy text in a page?
I tried use Shift + End, Ctrl + C but nothing is copied to clipboard.
Is there different moves to copy text from Chromium?

Info:
- orca master
- Chromium  80.0.3987.132-1~deb10u1
- Debian 10 x64

Best Regards
