[orca-list] Orca Hangs When Trying to Read Large Text File in Pluma

Hi,

orca 3.36.2 is hanging when trying to open and read large text file in 
pluma.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open large text file in pluma. E.G.

2. Try to navigate inside the file with arrow keys.

Expected result:
- orca speaks current line/symbol.

Actual result:
- orca hangs completely for a few minutes. After a few minutes orca 
recovers and speaks other desktop elements except the text opened inside 
pluma.

System details:

    Filter out static text leafs when getting the subtree so we don't
    include them when sorting by path.
