[orca-list] auto language switching based on unicode character on voxin orca

Hi,
i mean that orca can detect the language of the text not just based on
the language tag that is used, such as in html but by knowing the
unicode value (if i am not mistaken, in nvda vocalizer addon), so this
will work anywhere even no language tag available.
since, voxin not comes with vocalizer that has a lot of languages,
anyone tried whether it can switch language automatically or not? And
can we mix voxin and espeak-ng together, let say certain language not
available on voxin so orca uses espeak-ng instead...
