[orca-list] Orca not seeing some links

Hello,

On the site www.javascript.info there are many places where it says "see ... at" and then nothing. Apparently 
the links are formatted in a way that Orca doesn't see. 
That is weird. Sites seem to put looking pretty above accessibility.
