Hi,
I am not sure what the shortcut is yet either to access the dialog. I am in Sticky Focus mode because I am 
trying to proofread text and edit when necessary and don't want orca to leave the edit area. Although not 
being able to access the dialog is a problem, that wasn't my largest issue. My problem was that Orca stops 
reading the characters and words as I move by them after exiting the suggestion when the dialog appears.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a doc and turn on braille support.
2. Place Orca in Sticky focus mode and notice that it reads as you move by character and word. I have 
Capitalization Style set to icon on the Voice tab, and am getting proper clicks when there are capitals. That 
is why I was using braille suppport as this doesn't work when braille support is off.
3. Move the focus into a spelling error and then out. Orca announces suggestion exited.
4. Now, when you try to move by word and character using the arrow keys or control and the arrow keys, Orca 
is silent. It is necessary to press (alt+f) to enter the menu, then (esc) to restore reading words and 
characters via the arrow keys.
