Okay, I think this might be getting a bit technical for my liking, but
is what Add star  Raphaël is suggesting basically along the lines of:

1. Remote Orca reads remote application.
2.Remote Speech Dispatcher takes Orca's text string output and sends
it over the network.
3. Local Speech Dispatcher accepts what the remote speech dispatcher sent.
4. Local speech dispatcher sends this information to the local speech synth.

And the primary benefit is that this reduces the amount of data that
has to be sent over the network.
