[orca-list] orca still extra period at end of prompts/lines

Hi.  I am using orca master and the latest speech-dispatcher from git
as of this evening.  I am getting a period after lots of lines such as
enter command when I hit alt-f2 and in many other places, where my
Braille display does not indicate a period.  Now, I think I remember
earlier on this mailing list that I had to not comment out the line
PunctuationSymbolPreprocFile "symbols.dic" which was commented out be
default.  Its still having the problem except it says "dot" instead of
"period".  How can this be fixed?
