Hello Beqa and all,
the binary is /usr/bin/espeak-ng according to:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/espeak-ng/filelist
The version is 1.49.2+dfsg-1 in bionic aka 8.04LTS according to:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=espeak-ng
The latest stable version is 1.50, released on 29 November 2019,
however I don't see anything about Georgian since 1.49.2 in the
ChangeLog:
https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md
I don't know how to update espeak-ng in Ubuntu.
About Georgia... I like to hear ხატია ბუნიათიშვილი, who studied
in Tbilissi:

Best,
Didier
