try to give you a quick answer here.
The main drawback to Docker, for my purposes, is that the container has to use the host kernel. So, a Linux
container can't be run on a MacOS or Windows host; even running on a different Linux kernel than I used for
the build might be problematic. That said, Vagrant supports Docker and I'd be willing to try creating a
Perkify container (or helping others to do so) if there were sufficient interest.
