Hi Derek,

For my daily work I use Orca with Ubuntu 18.04 but I installed 19.10 out of curiosity. Indeed Orca did not save settings. So after I installed Orca master and that solves the problem.

On a fresh install of Ubuntu Mate 19.10, as well as on the live image, the speech rate, pitch and volume aren't saving for me. As soon as I hit ok or apply, they go back to their defaults. Is this a known problem and how do I fix it? I'm running Orca 3.34.0.
