[orca-list] Pressing ctrl+enter to send a Gmail message does not speak that message is sending

Hello,

When pressing "send" on an email message in Gmail with Chrome and Orca running, the verbalization that the message is sending or has been sent is not verbalized by Orca, where it is with other screen reader/browser combinations. To reproduce, perform the following:

1. With orca enabled and Chrome installed, navigate to gmail.com in Chrome Dev.
2. Press c to compose a new message, and compose a new message.
3. Press ctrl+enter to send the message, and observe what is verbalized.

Expected: It is expected that the announcement that the message has been sent is verbalized.

Actual: No such verbalization is heard.
