There are missing events from certain lists and combo boxes. This is a

I couldn't test until now, I have chrome 82.0.4062.3 right now.
I didn't test the phone selection, however I found another instance of
this:
I went there https://microsoftaccessibility.uservoice.com/ and pressed
"post a new idea". I had the field where I typed something about
narrator not being available in plain windows PE images, then pressed
the post a new idea button. It requires you to check if idea is not
already filed first...
So generally what appeared was the category list and a field for me to
enter description. And again, I couldn't see categories. I am sure they
are there, though.

I just tried with Chromium version 82.0.4052.0 and the country code
combo box works for me. So I'm guessing/hoping that one is already
fixed.

Is there any way you can get a later snapshot for the purposes of
testing?

Thanks for the report!

It seems this one happens in both github and microsoft sites.
You can add a phone number to the account so that you can use it to
reset password or do whatever. In case of ms and github you select the
country code from a combobox (it seems it's a combobox) and then type
the phone number. The problem here is that the list of country codes
appears completely empty to me even though it contains entries. Happens
on chromium version 80 and 81, but not on firefox. Not sure how to
reproduce at this moment with something else.
