    I'm reproducing the issue too. This is not clear for me if it's an
    Orca or Thunderbird issue.

- the caret stays on the same line but inserts a space
- if I write on the new line, the caret comes back on its good position
- If I press again Enter, the caret skips a whilet line, but on the written line, Orca says "new line" at the end.

Actually I suspect a Thunderbird bug. But I prefer a confirmation here.
