I just committed a change to fix the regression which was causing the 
navbar links to not all be presented on the same line.

Orca is still treating the initial Bootstrap icon is if it's not on that 
same line, and I'll try to tweak that next. But the biggest issue should 
be solved.

Please pull master and let me know. Thanks!
