Alternatively, you can manually install all dependencies with the

sudo apt install git intltool yelp-tools libgstreamer1.0-dev

> PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3.6 ./autogen.sh

In my opinion - it is easier:

./autogen.sh

> 7. When install is complete, restart the system.

This is not necessarily done.
