[orca-list] orca master in the ubuntu 18.04

Hi all.


One of the VSCode developers uses ubuntu 18.04 and would like to get the 
version of orca compiled from the master branch as he is investigating 
some VSCode accessibility issues in linux.

Would anyone have a step by step that could be passed on to him or else 
a PPA with the orca and its packaged dependencies?
