[orca-list] bug in firefox bross dialog

hi,

from the commit db06b214177931cda5ccc55506080fc929abaaf9 I encounter a
bug in the browse dialog box in firefox when I use the filter of the
file name
when I use this filter, orca doesn't tell me the name of the file on
which I find myself but only its position as 1 of 5 2 of 5 3 of 5 ...
