[orca-list] KDE Plasma Launcher "Kickoff" makes progress in accessibility

Howdy List,

i just want to send some nice new happenings about KDE Plasmas default 
Launcher "Kickoff".

- now fully accessible by keyboard

- works like a charm with orca :)!!!!

but is not yet merged into muster, its part of the overall redesign of 
"Kickoff". Please test this change if you have the chance to :).

a huge thanks to Mikel Johnson what makes this happen. its a big step in 
having kde accessible :).
