Thanks for the confirmation.
I don't know if the problem is with the orca, electron or chromium, but
Joanie will certainly give us a way.
If it is not possible to solve in orca we can report it to the VSCode team.

I haven't reported this because I believe it does not happen on chrome
proper, and before it likely did. Like I believe this is one of the

1. Open a file using VSCode-insiders and include more than one line.
2. Select a line using home+shift.
3. Switch to another application using alt+tab.
4. Switch back to VSCode using alt+tab.
5. Try to use up/down to browse the content of the file.
Nothing is read by orca.
