[orca-list] orca does not announce the item on combobox

hello,

since the comit "932526f489324ddb11d3e0416807cbbb37b82bd6 (Clean up
combobox generation code)" Orca does not announce the item of the
combobox as long as it has not been opened

I've noticed by chance in the preferences of the caja

step to reproduce:
1. open caja preference
2. use tabkey
result:
orca say: View new folders using  combobox 2 of 3
expected result:
orca say: View new folders using: list View combobox 2 of 3
