this case a popup list) getting destroyed while you're navigating
in/around them. But as you can see, it doesn't always work.

Firefox 75, Orca master as of this morning.
1. Visit https://github.com/lightsoutgames/godot-tts/actions.
2. Press "e" until you hear "Filter workflows editable combo box".
3. Ensure you're in browse mode.
4. Press down-arrow.
For me, Firefox says "Narrow your search," then focus seems to bounce
to the top of the screen. I can tab onto my actions list, but can't
just arrow to it from the filter.
