[orca-list] flat volumes

Hi,

2 or 3 years ago, we discussed about flat volumes issue.

Now, I need to fix it, but I can not fidn the email in my Linux archive.

I need to check it, because after system start, volume automatically 
changes to 90% and I don't know, why and when I use keys to volume up / 
down, it skyps more than 1 step.

Can you help please?
