[orca-list] espeak missing from orca preferences

Hi list,

I recently upgrade voxin to v2.2 and when I look into orca preferences, I only found voxin as default speech 
synthesizer.
Is there a way to restore espeak back?

I tried to uninstall voxin and end up with no speech at all. Luckily I can still reinstall voxin and send 
this email.
