[orca-list] differences between enable echo by character and

Hi,

in new Orca, I think from 3.30 are these settings.

enable keys with letters

enable keys with numbers

enable spacebar

and

enable echo by character.

What is the difference between these settings? When I enable keys with 
letters, numbers and spacebar, do I need to enable echo by character?
