Hey, so sorry this question is a bit off-topic here, but what keyboard
command do I have to bind with what key combination to enable it? The
behavior I refer to is what the GNOME Shell/Tweak extension referred to
it as. Alt-tab switches between application windows rather than just
applications, so you don't have to Alt-tab and then Alt-` to reach a
Firefox web app window. I just upgraded to Fedora 30/GNOME 3.32, and now
I've lost this in Tweak and the extension is deprecated too.
I found these "instructions":

but they're a video, and I really don't want to risk messing up my
keybindings as a primary keyboard user who'd be hosed if he screws them
up. :) So hopefully someone else has set this up and can tell me how not
to trap myself in a window.
