[orca-list] Checking battery status with Orca in Ubuntu Mate

Hi all,


I can't get battery information when using Orca in Ubuntu Mate. When I 
move to the top panel and arrow to the battery menu, all Orca tells me 
is the estimated time remaining. Arrowing through the menu gives me 
options to show battery status, time remaining, or open the power 
options. I can't use review mode to get the percentage either. What's 
going on here? Is there an accessible way to check the current battery 
level with Orca? I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS on my GPD Win.
