Hey José.
Is there any chance that you have "speak child position" enabled in your
Orca preferences? The speaking of child position was something I
recently added. And if I uncheck "speak child position" in the Orca
preferences, I do not hear it.
The position "3 of 6" is wrong, so that I will fix.

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following steps.
1. Launch FF and go to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/orca/issues.
2. After the page loads press alt + ctrl + h to display the header list.
Expected:
Orca should announce the number of items as well as the first item on
the list.
Got:
Orca announces the number of items, the first item in the list, and
reads the item's position as 3 of 6.
There is the same behavior for other elements like links, lists, buttons
and etc.
The problem only happens if I am using orca compiled from the master
branch.
Thanks.
