Hi all.

To reproduce try the following steps:

1. Launch FF nightly and go to https://docs.microsoft.com/pt-br/dotnet/standard/modern-web-apps-azure-architecture/work-with-data-in-asp-net-core-apps.

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.

3> Press the h key many times.

At least in my environment orca announces some headings correctly and announces blank  to others
