[orca-list] Voxin is not respecting my Speech-Dispatcher settings

Hi folks

I have recently purchased the Voxin speech. Unfortunately, it is not 
respecting the settings I've sent in speechd.conf. Specifically,  it 
does not respect my capitalisation which I have set to 'spell'. This 
enables 'capital' before any uppercase letter.


Has anyone else experienced this?
