[orca-list] Ubuntu 18.04 + orca, alt+f1 hotkey do not work.

Hello from Russia!
After upgrading to 18.04 alt + f1 key combination, I can’t see the list of applications and select and launch 
some applications from this list from this panel. 
On version 16.04 and early, everything worked well.
 How can I fix this? Orca speak  word"window" only.
