[orca-list] Orca hangs if I start it on the Liferea RSS reader

Hello,

Environment:
- Debian 9 "Stretch"
- Liferea 1.12~rc3
- Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the Liferea RSS reader
2) Place your cursor inside the list of last articles on a website
3) Start Orca, here on Mate with a shortcut or with alt + F2 "orca 
--replace"

Result:
Orca never speaks. I need to start it on another application and switch 
to Liferea to make it working

Expected result:
Orca should be startable even if the current application is Liferea
