Re: [orca-list] ot Debian or Ubuntu?

It depends on which type of debian distribution you install. Stable
isn't updated often, but there's testing which gets more frequent
updates from sid then there's sid. Beyond sid you're living on the
razor's edge with experimental. If you go for experimental expect
frequent system crashes.
One advantage debian has over ubuntu is it's possible to make and save
installation logs and share those with debian-boot lists debian org if
you know what you're doing in the installation process. I've done this
already once. If you do run into an installation problem debian-boot
can examine it for you and maybe get problems fixed quicker.

Subject: [orca-list] ot Debian or Ubuntu?

Hi,

I can now completely switch to Linux. But I don't know, if to choose Debian or
Ubuntu, which can be more accessible in the future. Debian has accessibility
team, Ubuntu maybe. Ubuntu's software is updated a lot of time, Debian not.
So, which is you opinion?

Thanks,

Pavel
