If memory serves, get the iso booting and give it about 2 minutes.  Then
try alt-super-s.  That ought to bring orca up for you.  You may have
also to run orca --replace shortly to keep orca alive.  If you can get
that up, get into settings and accessibility and check the orca
accessibility box.  After installation, you'll have to repeat procedure
to get orca speaking and once orca is checked in accessibility you
should be good to go from there.  It's been several years since I set
that up so your results may vary.  Hitting f10 once orca is talking if I
remember gets you into various menus.
