[orca-list] Semi-OT: Orca keymaps/Chromium Q

I got two questions, probably one really stupid one. Blame the heatwave 
here....but....

For the first one. Is it possible  easily without digging into Orca's 
guts, to remap the structural navigation toggle to a double tap of the 
Orca modifier key? I like that about Chromevox and want Orca to behave 
like that so I can double tap Insert or Caps Lock and toggle between 
browse/sticky mode

Secondly, this one's more for Joany, given I read Chromium from v75 is 
going to (if my sources are reliable) use the snap version, wil that in 
any way affect if Orca works with the finished version? I got no idea 
how snaps work and what goes into them, as I don't use them at all
