I noticed recent discussion (here and elsewhere) of KDE Plasma Desktop
accessibility with Orca.
It seems to be still under development. What would be the best time to
install and use it, given the state of progress? I currently have GNOME
3.32 installed, the accessibility of which doesn't seem to have improved
greatly in recent releases, but which is moderately accessible nevertheless.
