[orca-list] chatness when activating menus in pidgin [Listen]

Hi all.

To reproduce try the following steps using either orca 3.30.1 or latest orca.

1. Activate pidgin.

2. Using arrows locate a buddy in the the buddy list.

3. Press the f10 key to activate the menu bar.

4. Press right arrow.

Expected result:

Orca should read the account menu.

Actual result:

Orca reads the name of the buddy located in the step 2.
