Hi Peter,

I tried Mixxx and no luck. So probably I am missing some configuration.

Did yuo do any special steps to get QT5 accessibility working? Environment variables etc?

Two QT5 based apps which I tend to use occassionally are transmission-qt and mixxx and they are both accessible for me with qt 5.12 .
I can test more apps if you like.
