It seems to me like a feature that is useful much beyond Orca, so it's
better to use non-Orca functionalities to achieve it :)
Do you know about the Compose key? It usually allows to easily type a
lot of diacritics, e.g. compose then A then ' yields Á (which I don't
have on my keyboard, no cheating :) )
