For getting the latest master do the following:

# first go to the orca folder:

cd orca


# execute the next commands:

git pull

PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3.6 ./autogen.sh

make

sudo make install


# you can get more information with:

git log


Orca will speak its version by starting the Learn mode by pressing Orca 
key + H. Escape will close the Learn mode.
