Re: [orca-list] epub reader?

I use Emacs with nov (nov.el) from MELPA.

Hi,

It's a recurrent question and I don't have a really good answer for
that.

The most accessible reader I've found is Bookworm. But controls are a
bit creepy. It can be entirely used with Orca, but it's not an example
of usability.

There is an other DIY way. You can extract the epub file in an empty
directory. It's just a .zip file. You'll find a "content.opf" file,
open it with a text editor. You'll discover the order of files to read
in the tag <spine toc="...">. Just open XHTML files with Firefox. If
this is too much complex or if you don't want to do this, use an other
way.

And last: you can convert your epub file to an other format. You can
use pandoc or ebook-convert (calibre) in CLI mode or Calibre if you
want a graphic interface.

Of course, if any body knows a better solution, I'll take too ^^

I hope it'll be useful.
