Thanks!
So the problem is that the buttons in question have an icon as their
accessible name. You're getting the information spoken after the role
because it's the description. But we don't normally braille descriptions
because descriptions tend to be long and take up too much space on the
braille display. In this particular case, however, failure to present
the description in braille means you have no clue what the thing is. :(
I just committed a change which attempts to detect this condition and
treat the description as the name when detected. That should hopefully
improve the speech presentation in addition to fixing the braille
problem. Please pull master and let me know.

Hi,
To avoid a flood, I reduced the log at minimal:
- running orca
- alt-tab until the window where Spotify is playing
- the caret is already on the player. So I move it via right and left
arrows on the buttons, then I read the whole line.
The buttons labels never appear in braille. They are pronounced when the
caret is on them. Reading per line, the first is pronounced, the others
are said "button" only.

Hi,
Sorry but this requires a Spotify account (a lot of what I experience on
the Web is hard to report for this reason), I can give mine in private.
The situation is as follows:
1. Once logged in, open the web player of Spotify (use nightly of
Firefox as older releases have a problem with DRM so far)
2. Choose "Search"
3. Enter any song title
4. Choose titles in the result filter
5. Choose a title via down arrow and press enter to start playing
6. Go on down until the player area. You see it because the time scrolls.
Above this information (the time), there are buttons: enable random
playing, previous, next, play/pause.
The thing is that these buttons are spoken by Orca, but not displayed in
braille, i.e. I only see ? displayed. An explanation?
Tell me if further info are needed.
