[orca-list] A new problem related to pads

    Hi,
    
    1. Go to https://pad.lqdn.fr/p/yunohost-18-12-2018
    (please do not chang)
    
    2. Open a new tab or window in Firefox
    
    3. Go to 
    https://www.franceinter.fr/emissions/sur-les-epaules-de-darwin?p=8
    
    4. Switch to the pad page (alt-tab or ctrl-tab)
    5. Switch to the website page
    
    Instead of speaking the website, Orca still stays on the pad in
    focus mode. Switching to browse mode, press arrow key, and the caret
    browses the pad while Firefox is on the other tab.
    
    Any idea? I use master of FF and Orca. Bug in Firefx? Orca?
