[orca-list] Making super-user apps accessible

Hello,

My Linux venturing in GUI land has not been happening for the past few years... I have mostly been in CLI land. I am exploring GUI because my hope is to get some students using it who cannot afford Windows and all its costs, and who want other options. To this end, I am not sure of all of the tips and tricks for making things anymore. One of these things is getting apps to speak when they run in super-user mode. I remember a while ago I had to do something to make them work... add a line to visudoers maybe? Anyway, I have a system with Ubunt Mate 19.04, latest Orca master branch, and I would love to figure out how to make apps and settings windows that run in super-user accessible. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
