I notice that Firefox gets stuck in many of the code blocks in this tutorial. For example, check out the example under Cleaning Up the Syntax. If arrowing down it will keep repeating the same block. You muse right arrow out of it or navigate out with other structural navigation. I use Orca 3.30.2 and Firefox 65.0.
