1. Using firefox access the following url:

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.
3. Press the h key until orca announces:
Start With a Basic React Data Table
4. Try to navigate in the page using down arrow.
In my environment orca takes some delay to announce the lines.
This doesn't happen using orca 3.32.0.
