Yes but that's hardware dependent though as to if/how much it lags on any given system. I'll admit, I like the idea of Elementary, the execution.....not so much, the execution leaves a ton to be desired overall.

I thought you had to donate first or something, right? I dunno. I've never found a good download URL for it, and from reading their site it's not clear where the DL is.

Also Ubuntu laggy? Tried Mate though if that's laggy you got hardware or software issues if a lightwate DE is laggy.
