I am attaching a partial debug file reproducing the issue.

Seems that there are various line star text boundaries but speech is always presenting complete link text.

In braille I can read  various text boundaries in a separate line each one.

2. After the page is loaded press the h key until you find the following:

Guides filtered by #jwt

3. Press down arrow two times.

In my environment orca reads the same line two times.
