[orca-list] when scrolling in a page using down and up arrow, orca sometimes read the same line two times

Hi all.

This happens when I am using the latest version of the orca, compiled from git.

To reproduce try the following steps:

1. Using FF go to http://guides.grails.org/tags/jwt.html.
2. After the page is loaded press the h key until you find the following:

Guides filtered by #jwt

3. Press down arrow two times.

In my environment orca reads the same line two times.
