[orca-list] Orca master doesn't read background color in Office Calc 6.1.2.1

System: Orca master, Calc 6.1.2.1, Ubuntu-Mate 18.10.


When trying to obtain font information for a cell in Calc, Orca reports 
only the foreground color in some situations, and no foreground and 
background color in others.


1. Start Calc 6.1.2.1

2. Type something in cell A1 such as "Name"

3. Move away from the cell, B1 for example.

4. Press ORCA+F on cell B1 (empty).

5. Move back to cell A1 and press ORCA+F.

6. While on cell A1, press F2 to edit the contents.

7. Press ORCA+F.

8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for an empty cell such as B1.


Actual results: Orca does not report foreground and background color 
while focus is on a cell. However, when pressing F2 on a cell, Orca 
reports only foreground color.

Expected result: Orca should read both foreground and background color 
of a cell regardless of what mode it is in.
