It's not an Orca bug, it's due to this LibreOffice issue:

Best regards,
Alex.

Hi,
System: Orca master, Writer 6.1.2.1, Ubuntu Mate 18.10.
Orca doesn't read font information when editing a file in Writer 6.1.2.1.
1. Open Writer 6.1.2.1.
2. In the blank file, Press ORCA+F for font information.
3. On the first line, type the sentence "This is a test."
4. Place the cursor on a word in the sentence from step #3.
5. Press ORCA+F to obtain font information.
Actual result: Orca remains silent.
Expected result: Orca obtains and reads the font information.
